Our volunteers are the heart of Welcome House. From teachers and van drivers to childcare helpers and more, there are many ways to use your gifts to serve families—through both volunteer and paid roles. We are grateful for the friendships, encouragement, and strong sense of community that have grown here.

The volunteer journey begins with an interest form, followed by attending a 45 minute online orientation, background check, and brief interview. We utilize Better Impact as our volunteer software.
